THE IDEA

The residents of Saginaw County need a clinic that can provide free primary healthcare. Twenty-two counties in Michigan have free medical clinics to serve the needs of the poor, the uninsured, and the working underinsured. The Cathedral Free Clinic will become the first free clinic in Saginaw County and plans to offer basic primary medical care services to persons unable to access care. The clinic seeks to be an example of the Church’s commitment to serve the sick and minister to those in need. Through modern medicine and the ancient practice of prayer, Cathedral Free Clinic wants all who come for care to receive the healthcare they need and the healing they desire.
